Pre-Order Info

IMPORTANT: Please read the following prior to ordering

If you ordered an in-stock item with a pre-order item, they will ship together.

We recommend making separate purchases if obtaining the product is time-sensitive. One purchase for in-stock items and second purchase for pre-orders.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your pre-order for any reason, we will issue the full refund.

Send us the cancellation notice with your name and order # to Info.MRGraphics@yahoo.com or through the Contact Form. 

Please note that it may take up to 10-14 days for the refund to process.

 

Want the In-Stock Item Faster?

If you made a mistake with your in-stock and pre-order combined purchase, we can fix the issue once you contact us directly at Info.MRGraphics@yahoo.com with your name and order #.

For you to receive the in-stock item first, we would need to initiate the order adjustment. Please note that the refund may take up to 10-14 days to process.

You will then be asked to pay for separate shipping cost if you still desire the in-stock product.

 

Received the Pre-Order but No Longer Want It?

We will treat this the same way we normally treat our returns.
However, some pre-orders include pre-order bonuses. 

If that is the case, we expect to receive BOTH item and pre-order bonuses in mint condition upon your return. 

Once we confirm we have everything, we will proceed with issuing the full refund. Again, it may take 10-14 days to receive the refund.

 

Why is my Pre-Order taking so long?

We set an OVER-estimated date of our product's expected availability for each pre-order product. However we are going through an unprecedented global supply-chain disruption for raw materials here in the USA and can only work to fulfill as many orders as there are materials.

But please be reassured that your product will arrive to you with enough patience, as the manufacturing process is out of our hands once we've submitted our designs for production.
